Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (Blended Learning)

Designed for healthcare professionals and students, this American Red Cross BLS course teaches high-quality CPR, AED use, ventilation skills, and effective team-based response for adult, child, and infant emergencies.

This is a blended learning course consisting of two parts:

  1. Complete the online learning portion at your own pace before class.

  2. Attend the in-person skills session to practice and demonstrate your skills.

During the hands-on session, participants will practice:
• High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
• AED use
• Bag-mask ventilation
• Team-based resuscitation scenarios
• Relief of choking emergencies

Upon successful completion, you will receive a 2-year American Red Cross BLS digital certification (eCard).

Important: The online course must be completed before attending the in-person skills session. Instructions for accessing the online course will be provided after registration.

Audience: Nurses, physicians, EMTs, paramedics, dentists, dental hygienists, medical assistants, nursing students, and other healthcare professionals requiring BLS certification.
