Accessibility Statement

CPR Class Finder | A Product of ResQWare LLC

Effective Date: May 20, 2026 Last Updated: May 20, 2026

1. Our Commitment

ResQWare LLC ("we," "us," "our") is committed to ensuring that the CPR Class Finder website at https://cprclassfinder.us (the "Site") is accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should be able to easily search for and access lifesaving training information, regardless of ability or assistive technology used.

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility and usability of the Site, and we welcome feedback that helps us identify and address barriers.

2. Standards We Aim to Meet

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines are the internationally recognized benchmark for web accessibility and address a wide range of recommendations for making digital content more accessible to people with disabilities, including:

  • Visual impairments (such as low vision, blindness, or color blindness)
  • Hearing impairments
  • Motor impairments
  • Cognitive impairments

Our work also considers the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, as those apply to commercial websites.

3. Measures We Take

To support accessibility on the Site, we work toward:

  • Semantic HTML and proper use of headings, landmarks, and labels
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background
  • Resizable text that remains readable when zoomed up to 200%
  • Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements
  • Visible focus indicators that show where the keyboard focus is
  • Descriptive alt text for meaningful images
  • Form labels associated with all input fields
  • Skip-to-content links to bypass repetitive navigation
  • Captions or transcripts for video and audio content (where embedded)
  • Avoidance of automatic content changes (such as auto-playing media or moving carousels without controls)

We test the Site using a combination of automated accessibility tools and manual review, including testing with common screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is considered as part of our ongoing design and development process, not as a one-time check.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Common areas where we are continuing to improve include:

  • Older blog posts or PDF documents that may not meet current standards
  • Third-party widgets or embedded content over which we have limited control
  • Dynamic features that depend on JavaScript

If you encounter a barrier, please let us know (see Section 6). We will work to provide the information in an alternative accessible format as quickly as reasonably possible.

5. Assistive Technology Compatibility

The Site is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and common assistive technologies, including:

  • Screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
  • Screen magnification software
  • Speech-recognition software
  • Keyboard-only navigation

If you experience compatibility issues with a specific browser, operating system, or assistive technology, please contact us.

6. Feedback and Requests for Assistance

We welcome your feedback. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Site, or if you would like to request information in an alternative format, please contact us:

ResQWare LLC Attn: Accessibility — CPR Class Finder 276 Newport Rd, Suite 205 New London, NH 03257 Email: [email protected]

When you contact us, please provide:

  • The URL of the page where you encountered the issue
  • A description of the issue
  • The browser, operating system, and assistive technology (if any) you were using
  • Your preferred contact method for a response

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response or alternative format within a reasonable time based on the nature of the request.

7. Third-Party Content

The Site may link to or display content provided by third parties (training centers, certifying organizations, advertising partners). We do not control the accessibility of third-party content. If you encounter an accessibility issue on a third-party site you reached from CPR Class Finder, please contact that third party directly. We are happy to help facilitate communication where reasonable.

8. Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We periodically review the Site, train our team, and update this Statement as our practices evolve.

9. Changes to This Statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with the "Last Updated" date revised.
