Description:
The American Heart Association’s Heartsaver First Aid course trains participants to provide high-quality first aid. This course equips individuals and workplaces with the confidence to respond effectively to emergencies until emergency responders arrive. The First Aid course path is designed to meet OSHA compliance.
The HeartCode format is a blended learning delivery method, which consists of students completing an online course prior to an in-person skills test. You must complete the HeartCode Heartsaver First Aid online prior to your testing session (purchased separately for $18.50). Bring a hard-copy of the Completion Certificate with you to your skills session. We cannot test you without this certificate. If you have not yet completed the course online, you can find the link to purchase here: https://shopcpr.heart.org/heartsaver-first-aid-online
