This Acceptable Use Policy (this "AUP") governs your use of the CPR Class Finder website at https://cprclassfinder.us (the "Site"), operated by ResQWare LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This AUP is part of our Terms of Service and is incorporated into them by reference. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP is a violation of the Terms of Service and may result in suspension or termination of your access, removal of content, referral to law enforcement, or legal action.

1. General Principles

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations, and the rights of others. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of it.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

A. Unlawful or Harmful Conduct

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate any unlawful activity
Engage in any conduct that exploits, harms, or attempts to harm any person (especially a minor)
Engage in any harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic
Stalk, intimidate, or invade the privacy of another person

B. Misrepresentation

Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form, search, account registration, or other input on the Site
Misrepresent yourself as authorized to act on behalf of a training center, instructor, or other party

C. Intellectual Property and Privacy Violations

Post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any party
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary-rights notice from the Site or any content
Use any trademark, logo, or branding of ResQWare LLC, CPR Class Finder, or CPR Enroll without prior written permission

D. Harmful Content

Submit content that is obscene, pornographic, defamatory, libelous, hateful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
Submit content that promotes violence, illegal activity, or discrimination
Submit content that is false or misleading in a manner intended to deceive other users (e.g., fake reviews)

E. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

Use the Site to send unsolicited bulk email or SMS messages (spam) in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), or any other applicable law
Use the Site to send chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of mass solicitation
Harvest, collect, or assemble lists of emails, phone numbers, or other contact information from the Site

F. Security Violations

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, related systems, networks, accounts, or any data
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, except as expressly authorized under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy
Breach or attempt to breach any authentication or security measure
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including by overloading, flooding, mail-bombing, or crashing it
Upload or transmit viruses, worms, malware, ransomware, spyware, adware, Trojan horses, logic bombs, or any other malicious code
Use the Site to engage in cryptocurrency mining, run unauthorized scripts, or place excessive load on the infrastructure
Defeat, circumvent, or attempt to defeat any access control, rate limiter, CAPTCHA, or other security mechanism

G. Scraping and Automated Access

Use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, data-extraction tool, or other automated means to access the Site, its content, listings, instructor information, or user data, except for publicly available indexing by search engines that respect the Site's robots.txt
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its data for any commercial purpose without our express written permission
Frame, mirror, deep-link, or otherwise incorporate any portion of the Site into another product or service
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Site

H. Improper Use of Class Listings

Use class listings to solicit business away from the listed instructor or training center
Use class listings or instructor contact information for any purpose other than evaluating or registering for a Class
Misrepresent yourself as a representative of a training center or certifying body
Submit fraudulent or coerced reviews

I. Health and Sensitive Information

Submit Protected Health Information ("PHI") as defined under HIPAA through the Site
Submit Social Security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, financial-account credentials, or other sensitive identifiers through any form on the Site that does not specifically request them

J. Third-Party Rights

Engage in any activity that violates the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contract, or any other right

3. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP — including content that should be removed, fraudulent listings, suspected abuse, or harmful behavior — please report it to [email protected]. We investigate reports in good faith and take appropriate action when warranted.

To report a security vulnerability specifically, please use the process in our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

To report copyright infringement, please follow the process in our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to:

Investigate any suspected violation of this AUP
Remove, edit, or refuse to post any content that, in our sole judgment, violates this AUP or could harm others or our reputation
Suspend or terminate access by users who violate this AUP, with or without notice
Cooperate with law-enforcement authorities and respond to subpoenas and other lawful requests
Pursue any other legal or equitable remedy

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in removing content or enforcing this AUP.

5. Changes to This AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with the "Last Updated" date revised. Your continued use of the Site after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
