HSI Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS)

Description:

This program gives teenagers and young adults everything they need to know for safe and successful babysitting. Topics include starting a business, relating to parents/children, safety/injury prevention, and basic caregiving (feeding, diapering).

Audience: Youth ages 11-15.

This program conforms to national standards for pediatric first aid published by the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Public Health Association, and the National Resource Center for Health and Safety in Child Care and Early Education.
