These SMS Terms and Conditions (the "SMS Terms") govern your participation in the CPR Class Finder text-messaging program (the "Program") operated by ResQWare LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from CPR Class Finder, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program Description

The CPR Class Finder SMS Program sends text messages to participating users for purposes that may include:

Class registration confirmations and updates routed from the CPR Enroll database
Class reminders (date, time, location)
Schedule changes or cancellations
Replies to inquiries you submit through the Site
Account-security alerts (if you have created an optional Site account)
Occasional promotional messages, but only if you have separately opted in to marketing messages

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to the Program by:

Checking an SMS-consent checkbox during a registration or inquiry form
Replying to a Site or transactional message with an opt-in keyword (such as JOIN, YES, or START) when prompted
Providing your mobile number through any other channel where opt-in language is presented

By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number you provide is yours (or that you have authority to provide it) and that you consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded text messages from CPR Class Finder at that number. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the type of messages you are receiving. You should expect more messages around the time of a Class you have registered for and fewer at other times. We do not specify a fixed frequency cap because message volume depends on what you sign up for.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to each message sent and received. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan. ResQWare LLC is not responsible for any carrier charges you incur.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will receive no further messages from the Program unless you opt in again.

You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] with your mobile number and a request to be removed from SMS communications.

If you have registered for a Class, opting out of SMS will stop class reminders, but transactional emails (e.g., from CPR Enroll's instructor systems) may still be sent unless you separately unsubscribe.

6. How to Get Help

For help with the Program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or email [email protected].

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier.

8. Privacy and Use of Mobile Information

We respect your privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS-related data collected through the Program are used only to operate the Program and provide the services you requested.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing purposes. This restriction applies to all categories of information we collect through SMS opt-in.

We may share mobile information with our SMS-delivery service provider (e.g., Twilio or a comparable provider), which is contractually restricted to using the information only to deliver messages on our behalf.

9. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with the "Last Updated" date revised. Material changes will be communicated to current Program participants by SMS or email. Your continued participation in the Program after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to the Program. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent or legal guardian's consent) and that you are the subscriber of the mobile number you provide or have the subscriber's permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResQWare LLC is not liable for any delayed, failed, or undelivered messages. The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The disclaimers and limitations of liability in our Terms of Service apply to your participation in the Program.
